The Eucalyptus dives, commonly known as the broad-leaved peppermint or blue peppermint, is a species of Eucalyptus that is endemic to south-eastern Australia. The essential oil of Eucalyptus dives, produced by steam distillation of the leaves and twigs, has a very fresh and strong typical Eucalyptus scent, combined with a very specific peppermint aroma as its name may suggest. The Eucalyptus Broad Leaf Peppermint is a versatile essential oil and presents the same therapeutic benefits than its more common cousin the Eucalyptus Globulus.
